About me
Life gets messy sometimes.
Maybe you're feeling anxious, low, burnt out, or weighed down by old stuff that won't shift. It might be ADHD, stress, relationships or just that stuck feeling that's hard to put into words. What you really want is a bit more calm, more confidence, and to feel like yourself again.
I offer counselling that's down to earth and easy to get along with.
No jargon, no one-size-fits-all plan, just a safe space where you can talk, be heard, and start to make sense of things. I work with adults, teens, pre-teens and couples around anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, self-esteem and relationship struggles. Depending on what suits you best, we might use CBT, person-centred therapy, solution focused, EMDR, or even walk-and-talk sessions outdoors.
Sessions can be online or in person.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, but you don't have to do it alone. Together we'll untangle the messy bits and find a way forward that feels right for you, even if that means colouring outside the lines a little.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor offering CBT, person-centred, mindfulness, EMDR, and creative approaches, tailored to each individual. I have experience supporting veterans, carers, NHS staff, adults, teens, and couples with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, workplace stress, relationships, and self-esteem. My style is collaborative, relaxed, and creative, with options for walk-and-talk therapy, online, phone, or in-person sessions
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together we’ll untangle the thoughts, feelings, and “what ifs” getting in your way, and create space for you to breathe, grow, and feel more like yourself again, even if that means colouring outside the lines!
