About me

Hello, welcome.

I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist with 11 years' experience, who can offer you a warm, safe, confidential space in which you can bring whatever is troubling you.

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists, MBACP.

I offer face to face, online or phone counselling, and daytime or evening sessions.

Integrative Psychotherapy means I'm able to work with a broad range of theoretical approaches, and draw on these and integrate them according to clients' needs. It could be thought of as a 'made to measure' approach, which is personalised.

My training was also creative, and I'm able to use art, clay and writing in our sessions. This can be helpful when things feel overwhelming or confusing. It can help keep everything manageable, and give you the space needed to find a way through. Its an option you can take if you wish.

Please get in touch if you would like to know more. I offer an initial consultation, where you can ask any questions you have, for which there is no charge.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
