About me

I am an integrative counsellor working with primarily with trauma, addictions, anxiety, burnout, identity-confusion, and neurodivergence - often several at once, because that’s how usually shows up in life. You are not a label but a person with your story.

I am flexible in how we meet: in person, online, over text, or out walking - if who think more clearly on your feet. Home visits are also possible, but only after risk assesment and on a case-by-cass basis.

If any of this feels like it fits, please do contact me - no commitment, no pressure - just a chat.
