About me

Hi, I’m Jada — a BACP-Registered bilingual Mental Health Counsellor and Certified Mother-Daughter Therapist. I provide therapy in both Mandarin and English, supporting clients in navigating emotional challenges related to self-worth, self-esteem, mother-daughter relationship issues, and intimate relationship difficulties, including breakups and relationship endings. My approach is culturally attuned, offering a compassionate and supportive space for healing and growth.

"I’m passionate about empowering women to overcome low self-esteem and self-worth challenges, helping transform insecurity and self-doubt into inner strength and resilience."

With a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and training across multiple therapeutic modalities, I bring over eight years of rich and diverse counselling experience, supporting individuals on their journeys toward healing and transformation.

I specialise in supporting women through powerful inner transformation in the following areas:

1) Low Self-Worth, Self-Esteem, and Self-Confidence

I help women overcome feelings of inadequacy, so they can reclaim their inner strength and step fully into their power.

2) Mother-Daughter Relationship Issues

I work with mothers, daughters—individually or together—to process unresolved emotional wounds and rebuild a deeper, more connected relationship.

3) Couple Relationship Challenges

I support couples navigating trust issues, infidelity, communication difficulties, helping you express your needs, rebuild emotional intimacy, and feel mutually respected and valued.

4) Breakup Recovery and Post-Breakup Growth

I guide women through the pain of heartbreak and separation, supporting them to heal, rediscover themselves, and step into a new chapter of self-love , confidence and empowerment.

5) Cultural Identity and Belonging

As a culturally attuned and responsive therapist, I warmly welcome clients who wish to explore their cultural identity, racial experiences, or challenges around diversity, inclusion, and belonging. I provide a safe and respectful space for your stories to be heard and honoured.

Invitation for the Next Step...

If you feel ready to begin your journey toward emotional well-being and self-empowerment, I warmly invite you to book a free 20-minute Zoom consultation. Together, we’ll explore how to rebuild your self-confidence, reconnect with your inherent worth, and create more fulfilling relationships—with yourself and with those who matter most to you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

My New "Conscious Breakup and Recovery Coaching Program"

Born from my own personal transformation—and the realisation that many women lack the right support during these vulnerable times—I created the Conscious Breakup and Recovery Coaching Program, a personalised 10-session journey to help women navigate the end of a relationship with compassion, clarity, and strength.

With training in 'Couple Therapy' and 'Diversity within Contemporary Relationships', I bring a deep understanding of the emotional and relational complexities women face today. Together, we’ll explore your attachment style, the father wound, love and intimacy patterns, and your relationship with money—supporting you to release unhealthy bonds, break recurring generational patterns, and rebuild your confidence from the inside out.

Whether you're ending a relationship or healing from a past one, this program empowers you to transform grief into growth—and reclaim the life and love you deserve.
