Self-Esteem, Anxiety & Mother-Daughter Therapy (MBACP)

About me

Hello, I am Yingli. I am an Integrative and Transpersonal Counsellor, and a Mother-Daughter Relationship Therapist and Coach who cares deeply about women’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Through my counselling and therapeutic coaching work, I help boost women’s confidence, sense of self-worth and personal power. I provide a trustworthy and compassionate space where my clients can freely express their thoughts and feelings. It is a space where you can live and trust your worth.

I meet clients in Clapham Junction, London Bridge and Surbiton (KT6), and I also provide Online Counselling for clients who prefer online engagement. I am a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and strictly adhere their ethical framework.

While I work with various mental and emotional problems or stress, I am specialized in working with women's low self-esteem and self-worth issues. My aspiration is to help women acquire tangible guidance to overcome low self-esteem and fragile self-worth, so you can become the self-assured woman and live a more authentic and purposeful life.

Besides the professional counselling and psychotherapy training, I am also an experienced Mother-Daughter Relationship Therapist and Coach. I have worked with many daughters individually 1:1 online via Zoom over the world, including Europe, US, Canada, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korean, and help them set healthy boundaries with their mother, and as well as get their inner and outer relationship with their mother transformed.

If you felt drawn to me and my work, please do get in touch and book an initial consultation to discuss your needs and see if we would be a good fit to collaborate together. I'm here to help you accelerate your healing journey and rediscover your intrinsic self-worth.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
