About me

Storms come in many forms, some are gone but have left our ship damaged, we may have suffered loss, trauma or abuse that have left us damaged, scarred or confused. We might be struggling with anxiety, stress, or depression, facing an uncertain future with concern and confusion.
Please contact me if you would like support. We will work together to gently explore the significant issues you face. I am an experienced qualified integrative counsellor / supervisor working privately and supporting the Dartmoor Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Marie Curie Cancer Care, KingsCare and Rotary.
