In life’s journey, challenges are inevitable. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors or navigating complex emotional landscapes, reaching out for support can be a transformative step. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, or seeking deeper self-awareness, I am here to help you discover a path that leads to greater well-being and happiness.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified counsellor with experience supporting clients across all age groups from children as young as 5, through teenage years, and into adulthood. I offer a compassionate, client-centred approach tailored to each individual’s needs.
In addition to talking therapy, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), which can be particularly effective for clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, or distressing memories.
My ongoing professional development reflects my commitment to understanding the complexities of the human experience. This includes specialist CPD training in:
Foundation Sleep Workshop (The Sleep Charity)
Understanding Narcissism
Domestic Abuse Champion Training
Self-Harm Awareness and Intervention
Whether I’m supporting a young child through emotional regulation, a teen navigating identity and pressures, or an adult processing trauma or life transitions, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
