About me
Hello, I'm Viviana, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I understand that life can be overwhelming at times and feel like you’re stuck in a tangle of thoughts and emotions. You may be experiencing a significant change, a loss, or perhaps facing challenges in a relationship, whether with others or with yourself. Considering taking the step to seek support - something that may feel daunting - is a courageous step toward creating the life you want to live.
I understand how challenging it can be to choose the right counsellor. How can you know if it’s a good fit from just a few words on a profile? Above all, what I hope to convey is the warmth and safety I want to offer you. Alongside my therapeutic approach, which is centred in an integrative, trauma informed practice, the most important thing I work to create with you is a space where you feel truly welcomed and supported. A space just for you, where you feel seen, heard, understood, empowered, and where all parts of yourself - those you cherish and those you may find difficult to share - are embraced.
To help you decide if we’re a good match, I offer an initial 20-minute free telephone consultation. This gives us a chance to discuss what you’re hoping to achieve in therapy and explore how I can best support you. Whether through talking therapy, or clay therapy sessions (which offer a creative approach to emotional healing), we’ll work together with kindness and gentle curiosity to explore and navigate the issues that matter most to you.
Thank you for considering me to support you. If you think that I might be the right fit, please do get in touch - together we’ll find the path forward that feels right for you.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I offer individual therapy to adults and sessions are held face to face or online.
Our therapeutic work will be grounded within a humanistic, integrative approach. This means that I use a range of techniques from Person Centred Therapy and Gestalt to help you explore issues, and empower you to discover solutions to the challenges that you wish to work through.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and guided by what you find most valuable and helpful to explore. At times we may focus on the present moment and delve into your 'here and now' experience; this can provide a deeper understanding, reveal behavioural or relational patterns that may be holding you back, and open up new possibilities and choices.
I also offer clay therapy sessions which is a creative and expressive therapeutic approach that uses the hands-on process of working with clay to support emotional healing. It offers an opportunity to deeply connect with your inner-world, promote mindfulness, and process complex emotions in a safe and supportive environment.
Clay therapy can benefit clients by providing an alternative way to communicate and process emotions, particularly for those who may find it challenging to express themselves through words alone.
