About me
I am a fully qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor, Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society, trained in working with Children, Young People and Adults. As an Integrative Counsellor, I am able to utilise my knowledge and experience of different theories to tailor your counselling specifically to you.

As well as my private practice, online and face to face, I also work within local primary and secondary schools working therapeutically with children who have experienced trauma, loss, abuse, self-esteem, self-harm, suicide ideation. Those who are struggling with emotion regulation, expressing anger or any other emotional issues they present with.
I have witnessed and experienced the transformative effect good counselling can have on everyone.
