I am a fully qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor, Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society, trained in working with Children, Young People and Adults. As an Integrative Counsellor, I am able to utilise my knowledge and experience of different theories to tailor your counselling specifically to you.

As a counsellor, I'm not here to judge. I offer a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential manner.
As well as my private practice, online and face to face, I also work within local primary and secondary schools working therapeutically with children who have experienced trauma, loss, abuse, self-esteem, self-harm, suicide ideation. Those who are struggling with emotion regulation, expressing anger etc.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
