About me
Supervision- My approach is helping supervisees to develop their professional and personal skills in the workplace so that they are not only good therapists but also a valuable employee for the business they work for – This makes them valuable to the employer and also means they also have the best prospects of success in their workplace careers.
Individual- Need to rebuild self-esteem and find your place in the world? One to one counselling, with me, in person or online may help you find solutions to problems that may seem insurmountable, in a safe and relaxed environment. You can feel confident opening up about your thought and emotions without fear of judgement or criticism.
Couples can experience loss of affection, care, intimacy and closeness in their relationship. I can teach you practical ways to respond to each other’s needs, desires and vulnerability, feelings of disappointment, frustration, and insecurity. Our couple's session will aim to resolve your issues calmly and constructively to achieve a resolution that is beneficial to both partners.
Family- I use the word family to describe people of all ages and gender who care about each other that includes parents, children, grandparents, uncles, aunts, friends, neighbours, carers and partners. The aim of this form of counselling is to help provide:
Training- in counselling and psychotherapy is core to the continual professional development of the practitioners, assuredness of their eligibility as members of key professional bodies, and protection against potential litigation.
Workshops- allow participants to up-skill in the presence of a highly qualified consultant/ trainer. This directly contributes to the personal and professional development of the participants, enhancing theoretical knowledge, skills competence and learning.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
