About me
Hello, I'm Victoria, a BACP registered, advanced CPCAB Diploma qualified integrative counsellor working with individuals from 11 years of age.
How can I help you?
Imagine having a safe haven where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment and at your own pace. It's a collaborative partnership where I'll help you navigate and make sense of experiences and issues that have been affecting you. Together, we can focus on what's important to you, as you work towards positive change and a greater sense of well-being.
Practice Description
As an integrative counsellor, I offer a relational and holistic style which draws from different theories and techniques to meet your individual needs. When working with children and young people (CYP), I use play, psycho-education, and creative methods to help make therapy accessible and enjoyable.
With a background that spans diverse professional and personal lived experience, I offer a neuro-affirming and inclusive therapeutic space. I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals—including those with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia—as well as parent-carers and I strive to create a nurturing environment where every client feels authentically understood. My approach balances the processing of intense emotions with moments of lightness and relief, empowering clients to move forward with increased clarity and energy.
I offer both short term term and open ended weekly counselling:
Short-term counselling, 8-12 sessions, typically focuses on specific, clearly defined goals you want to achieve within a limited number of sessions. We'd work together on a particular issue or challenge, aiming for practical strategies and symptom relief.
Open-ended counselling, or medium to long-term therapy, offers a more in-depth and expansive space to explore patterns, underlying issues, past experiences, and their impact on your present life. The focus is on deeper personal growth, self-understanding, and lasting change, with regular reviews to reflect on progress.
How do we begin?
We can begin with a free 20-30 minute introductory meeting via online call or telephone. This brief, informal chat is a chance for us to connect, for you to share a little about what you're looking for, and for you to get a better sense of whether I am the right counsellor for you or your child. There is no obligation. It is simply an opportunity to ask any questions before committing to the first paid session.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
