About me
I'm here to support you, whether you're an adult, child, or young person, as you work through life's ups and downs. I know that anxiety, low mood, struggles with self-esteem, and challenging transitions can be tough. I offer a safe and confidential space where we can explore these experiences together, at your own pace.
How can counselling help?
Imagine having a safe haven where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. That's what counselling can provide. It's a collaborative partnership where I'll listen and understand as you navigate your experiences. Together, we can focus on what's important to you, supporting you as you work towards positive change and a greater sense of well-being.
How can I help you?
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my approach. As an integrative counsellor, I offer a holistic and relational style which draws from different theories and techniques to meet your individual needs. When working with children and young people (CYP), I use play, psychoeducation, and creative methods to make therapy accessible and enjoyable.
I am committed to inclusive practice and have extensive experience supporting individuals with neurodiversity, particularly children and young people aged 11-24. My counselling experience, together with my diverse professional and personal background, encompassing international business, education, SEND and carer support, enriches my understanding and informs my ethical and client-centred approach to therapy.
My aim is to create a nurturing and understanding environment where I hope you will feel truly seen and heard. While exploring challenging issues may evoke emotional responses, many clients also experience moments of joy, increased energy, renewed motivation, and a feeling of empowerment as they move forward.
How do we begin?
Ready to explore how counselling can help? Let's start with a free 20-minute introductory call or online session. It's a chance to connect and discuss your goals. Following this, we'll schedule an initial consultation to establish the foundation for our work, whether short-term or open-ended. For younger CYP clients, I recommend initial consultations with a parent/carer and then the young person.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
