About me

Helping you find calm, clarity, and confidence through CBT

I offer a calm, flexible, and person-centred approach to therapy, helping adults manage a wide range of mental health difficulties. My goal is always to meet you where you are – at your pace, in your own words.

I also have a particular interest in OCD and sexual disorders, as well as supporting individuals through the emotional and psychological challenges associated with perimenopause and the menopause, offering compassionate guidance during these life transitions.

I’m an Integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), fully accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

I have experience supporting people with many of the most common emotional and psychological challenges, including:

  • Anxiety disorders (such as generalised anxiety disorder, health anxiety, social anxiety, and panic disorder)
  • Depression and low mood
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma
  • Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)
  • Hoarding behaviours and addictions
  • Low self-esteem and confidence issues

Sessions with me are collaborative, supportive, and non-judgemental. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, I provide a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we can work towards improving your wellbeing and developing strategies to help you move forward.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • BSc in Psychology
  • Level 3 Certificate in Person-Centred Counselling
  • BABCP Accredited Therapist

I have over 12 years of experience supporting individuals with addictions, having worked at Oasis for 2 years and with One Recovery Bucks for 10 years. My background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities that come with addiction and co-occurring issues such as trauma, anxiety, and shame.

My integrative approach blends evidence-based CBT with person-centred principles, allowing for a tailored experience that considers your individual needs and strengths.
