About me
Hi there.
I am a dedicated and compassionate professional counsellor offering a pluralistic approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that no single method fits all. With extensive experience in the field, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges.
I work collaboratively with clients, tailoring each session to meet their unique needs and preferences, and encouraging them to take an active role in their therapeutic journey. Whether you prefer in-person sessions at our welcoming space in Monmouth, walk-and-talk in the local town and countryside, or the flexibility of online counselling, I provide accessible support in a way that suits your lifestyle.
I offer both daytime and evening appointments to accommodate a variety of schedules, and I look forward to supporting you as you begin — or continue — your journey toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

I am also insured and a registered member of the National counselling and psychotherapy Society following their code of ethics.
I completed my clinical hours at Place2Be working with children and young adults, also, with BCS mental health services dealing with a wide range issues like domestic violence, addiction and abuse,
