About me

I am a dedicated, compassionate, professional counsellor who adopts a pluralistic approach to therapy. With a wealth of experience in the field, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking guidance and personal growth. I firmly believe in empowering clients to take an active role in their therapeutic journey, tailoring my approach to meet your needs and preferences.
Offering face-to-face in our welcoming offices in Barry or online.  Face to face gives a personal touch and a safe environment to help work through your problems. Working online makes it possible for people all over the world to reach out and have access to help when required. I have daytime and evening appointments available. Looking forward to getting started with you and help you on your counselling journey

Training, qualifications & experience

I’ve trained with a reputable institution, and I am a certified counsellor with extensive training and experience. I have been practicing in the field for several years, working with diverse populations facing a range of psychological and emotional challenges. I have completed specialised courses and workshops in various therapeutic modalities, allowing myself to draw from a wide range of approaches and techniques to better serve my clients.
I am also insured and a registered member of the National counselling and psychotherapy Society following their code of ethics.

I completed my clinical hours at Place2Be working with children and young adults, also with BCS mental health services dealing with a wide range issues.
