About me
Hello and welcome. I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the NHS and private practice, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate and reflective, shaped around your unique experiences and needs.
I use a range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, CBT, CFT, and ACT, and I tailor sessions to offer either short-term, focused work or longer-term exploration. I also offer specialist support for perinatal mental health, including birth trauma and the transition to parenthood.
Before training as a psychologist, I worked as a City lawyer, so I understand the pressures of high-demand careers and the complex identity shifts that can arise from life changes. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where you can reflect, process and move forward.
If you’d like to get a sense of how I work, I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, discuss your needs, and explore whether we might be a good fit. You can also visit my website to learn more.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from King’s College London (IoPPN).
I am fully registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
My clinical experience spans a broad range of NHS services, including specialist trauma clinics, inpatient units, perinatal mental health teams, and major London hospitals. I now work solely in private practice with adult clients and young people (16+).

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Further information
I take an integrative and trauma-informed approach, drawing on a range of models to meet you where you are. I focus on the life experiences that have shaped you, rather than placing emphasis on diagnosis or labels.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique story. Whether you’re navigating a specific difficulty or feeling stuck and unsure why, therapy can offer space for insight, growth, and change.
