About me

I can only respond to text, voice messages, or emails, not miss calls, due to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

I provide a warm, safe, non-judgemental space where you, the client, can freely express your thoughts, feelings and truly be heard. I believe counselling is a collaborative effort and don't think I know it all. I am here to listen to you and help you find the best way forward.  I am qualified in a range of therapeutic approaches and work in a way that is guided by my clients' experiences and needs.

I am Interested in helping you to find ways of handling your current concerns. I aim to bring into focus the tools, strategies and techniques you have that empower growth to move forwards in life. I will assist in finding new perspectives that help to bring self-awareness, strength, self-belief and enable positive change.

Having the courage to discuss what's troubling you with a counsellor can be a really hard thing to do, so I'd like to reassure you that no matter what you bring to counselling, I will treat you with warmth and respect, and without judgement.

As an Integrative Counsellor, I incorporate different modalities such as:

  • Person-Centred Therapy, this approach is all about you the client.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
