About me

Introductory calls - for the most up to date availability, please visit the Calendly link or visit my website.

You may be the woman everyone assumes is coping. From the outside, you seem capable, high-functioning and “fine”, but internally you’re exhausted from overthinking, second-guessing yourself and holding everything together. You might feel stuck in emotional or relationship patterns, disconnected from yourself, or constantly wondering why things still feel so hard despite all the self-awareness and inner work you’ve already done.

Perhaps you struggle with people-pleasing, boundaries, relationship anxiety or emotionally unavailable relationships. Or maybe you’re carrying the invisible emotional weight of living with endometriosis, fibroids, PMDD or another chronic reproductive or gynaecological health condition. You're trying to function normally while quietly feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, isolated or not good enough.

I offer therapy for women and people born with a uterus who want more than just coping strategies. In our sessions, we create space for you to understand the deeper patterns beneath your thoughts, emotions, relationships and sense of self, so that lasting change becomes possible.

My specialist areas are:

  • attachment and relationship difficulties, including emotional and narcissistic abuse, anxious or avoidant patterns, people-pleasing, communication struggles and relationship anxiety
  • the emotional, relational and psychological impact of endometriosis, fibroids, PMDD and chronic menstrual and reproductive health conditions.

I bring lived experience of endometriosis and fibroids, so I understand how deeply these conditions can affect you physically, emotionally, mentally and relationally. You do not need to minimise your pain, explain away your experience or convince me that what you’re going through is real.

Therapy with me is warm, relational and compassionate, while also being honest, reflective and depth-oriented. I offer a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely seen and begin making sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Alongside support and understanding, I will gently help you notice the patterns, fears and protective behaviours that may be keeping you stuck.

In our sessions, we may explore how past experiences have shaped the way you relate to others, cope emotionally, protect yourself or disconnect from your own needs. We might look at anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown responses or survival mode patterns, helping your nervous system begin to feel safer and more settled over time. I'll encourage you to look deeper than the surface, challenge your thought process, understand why your patterns have emerged and help you to feel empowered in change.

Over time, many clients find that therapy helps them build self-trust, develop healthier boundaries, feel more emotionally grounded and move through life with greater clarity, self-compassion and steadiness. This is a space where you can laugh, cry, vent, reflect and show up exactly as you are, completely unfiltered and without judgement.

If you’re looking for thoughtful, relational therapy that goes deeper than surface-level coping, and you want support to create meaningful, lasting change, I’d be really glad to hear from you.

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can see whether working together feels like the right fit. You’re welcome to get in touch or book here:

Training, qualifications & experience

I’m a Level 5 qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, specialising in supporting women living with endometriosis and chronic menstrual health conditions, and in recognising and changing relationship and attachment patterns. I work integratively, which means I draw from a range of approaches so we work with exactly what you need in each session. We will work collaboratively and at your pace, with your emotional safety and nervous system regulation at the centre of the work.

I also support clients with a range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, low mood, grief, stress, self-esteem, disordered eating, life transitions and the impact of narcissistic dynamics in relationships. You’ll be met with warmth, respect and a calm, grounded space to explore what matters most to you.

Menstrual & Reproductive Health
I have extensive experience supporting those living with endometriosis, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain and other menstrual and gynaecological health conditions. I also bring personal experience and understanding of the emotional and relational impact of delayed diagnosis, ongoing symptoms, medical trauma and being childless not by choice.

This work often involves processing grief, isolation and uncertainty, while supporting nervous system regulation and helping you feel more grounded, supported and connected to yourself.

Relationships, Dating & Attachment
I support clients exploring attachment styles and relationship patterns, including anxious or avoidant dynamics, people-pleasing, communication difficulties and a fear of abandonment and rejection. I also support and work with survivors of coercive control, emotional and narcissistic abuse.

We work to understand how you've developed your patterns, supporting you to build clearer boundaries, stronger self-trust and feeling more secure in yourself and your relationships.

Other areas I support include:
• Anxiety and overthinking
• Depression and low mood
• Grief and loss
• Disordered eating
• Body image concerns
• Family and relationship difficulties
• Low self-worth and inner criticism
• Life transitions and stress
• Substance misuse and recovery
