About me
Are you going through a tough time in your life, do you feel lost, alone and don’t know how to move forward or maybe you are feeling generally unhappy and have no direction in life. By reading this you have just taken the first step. I am a qualified counsellor and master NLP practitioner and can offer a confidential, safe and private space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental way individually tailored to your needs to help you to get back on track.
Helping you to understand what is happening in your life and knowing that there is someone you can talk to that won’t judge or criticise, who is there to work alongside you to help you get what you want is something everyone needs at some point in their life.
I have worked with a wide range of clients from all walks of life for the last 20 years and will happily do my best to answer any question you may have before booking a consultation and there is no obligation so please feel to contact me.
