About me

Hello! I'm Vivi, A registered Clinical Psychologist based in London.

I offer evidence-based psychological therapy, tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

My aim is to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where we can work together to explore the challenges you are facing and help you build a more fulfilling life.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that small, consistent steps can lead to lasting change.

In therapy, I often use visual and creative metaphors to help bring our discussions to life and make sense of complex ideas in a meaningful way.

I enjoy working integratively, drawing on different evidence-based therapeutic models to best suit each person’s individual needs and preferences. I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CAT (Cognitive Analytic Therapy) informed therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I see individuals for relationship difficulties, anxiety difficulties, low mood, and chronic physical health conditions.
