Some people simply feel there is "something wrong" and want a space to explore their thoughts and feelings. I offer a non-judgemental, supportive and confidential space that will allow you to explore and gain an understanding of the feelings or situation that is causing you unhappiness.
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor working with, individuals, couples and families (adults, children and young people), on a short term and long term basis, with the aim of enabling them to live their life more fully.
I offer a choice of two locations to see me in London- Harley street and Baker street.

I currently offer weekly 50 minute, Skype or face to face sessions for individuals, and 75 minute sessions to couples and groups (in person only).

I have been working with people for over eighteen years, and take a holistic view of the mind body and soul. Before training as a therapist, I worked extensively with individuals and families supporting them in making positive changes in their lives.
My experience has also included providing therapy and counselling within NHS GP practices, and ChildLine. I have also facilitated group counselling and well-being sessions with individuals who have acute and complex mental health problems and addiction supporting them in making positive changes in their lives.
My training is in Relational Transactional Analysis (TA). TA is a theory that was developed by Dr. Eric Berne in the 1950s. The theory outlines how we have developed, and treat ourselves, along with how we relate and communicate with others. The philosophy of TA is that: people can change, and that we all have a right to be in the world and be accepted.
The type of counselling and psychotherapy that I offer are:
- Relational Transactional Analysis
- •Children and young people counselling
- •Family therapy
- •Solution focussed brief therapy
