About me

If you carry a persistent, quiet ache that something is missing, or find yourself trapped in the same painful loops, you may be carrying unnamed and unfelt wounds that are calling to be known.

In our weekly sessions, we look beyond quick fixes or simple symptom management. We treat your anxiety, grief, or relational struggles as intelligent signals from the unconscious, guiding us towards what needs attention, integration, and expression.

When we truly pay attention, things start to shift. Together, we will listen deeply to what is true for you. We will follow the thread of your symptoms and difficulties back to their origins — and further to what they lead towards. Because the question is not only 'why?', but 'what for?'. Your pain holds a deeper purpose—it is often the raw material for soul-making and authentic self-discovery.

Within a safe, highly boundaried sanctuary, we look at how your earliest attachments shape how you love and live today, while keeping our eyes firmly on where your life is trying to take you.

The therapeutic container is what allows us to safely go deep into the muck and the light within. To explore, illuminate, and let things shift and transform. It is where I hold you and the process with deep attunement, fierce compassion, honesty, and humour.

We will focus on exploring and shifting your patterns and perceptions through:

  • Exploring past experiences: Looking at early attachments and significant life events.
  • Staying with the unconscious: Tracking arising bodily sensations, mental imagery, metaphors, and dreams.
  • Reparative techniques: Using Somatic Experiencing, image rescripting, IFS, nervous system regulation, and compassion.
  • Relational awareness: Bringing attention to how we relate to each other in the room, and how this mirrors your outside patterns.
  • Experiential testing: Using our therapeutic space to safely test new ways of relating and expressing yourself.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
