About me
Reaching out for support can be hard. Many of my clients are navigating burnout, perfectionism, life transitions, unresolved trauma, or questions around neurodivergence. They often hold everything together for everyone else, but rarely have time or space to process what has happened for them. If this sounds like you, welcome to my page. I aim to offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what you need. With a background in trauma and autism assessment services, I try to turn up as a human being first and build a supportive therapeutic relationship at a pace that feels right for you.
To provide the best support for you, I use an integrative therapy approach informed by our joint understanding of your difficulties. Together, we'll explore your patterns and make sense of what your emotions and body are trying to tell you. From there, we'll develop practical tools to help you create lasting change. At times, this might include a specific approach; other times, we need to create a formulation-driven treatment plan.
Whether you're healing from trauma, going through a big life change, feeling stuck or learning how to thrive with neurodivergency, therapy can be a place to find clarity and support. It's not always easy; sometimes it means facing things we've been avoiding for a long time. But with commitment and care, real and lasting change can happen. If this resonates, I’d be glad to have a free 15-minute consultation call and see whether we’re a good fit.

Further information
Finding the right fit between you and your therapist is an important part of making therapy feel helpful and supportive.
To help you get a sense of whether I might be a good match for you, I can send you a Therapy Welcome Pack that explains how I work in more detail. I also recommend a brief 15-minute initial consultation, so we can talk informally and see whether my approach feels right for you.
