This maybe a difficult time for you, and I will be available to support you and help you cope and find ways through.
We can feel overwhelmed sometimes about the amount of responsibility that the world/others expects from us, sometimes we can feel that it's hard to cope.
Therapy gives you the space and time to see things in a different way, allowing you to find how you feel about things so that you can either strengthen or change certain behaviours giving you clarity of thought and a more peaceful way of thinking and consequently a happier way of living.
We will work together using different types of therapy that fit with you. To this end it is imperative that we work well together as the best work is done in a situation when honesty and trust, a good rapport can be at the centre of this.

I specialise in anxiety and depression, and my work is always trauma informed, although I can work with many other issues, these are my preferred areas to work within.

I have been in private practice for 10 years working throughout Surrey and Hampshire within NHS surgeries, at my home hub and within clients own homes. Now I am working online via Zoom, watsapp and SKYPE as well as via the telephone.
I support the armed forces with anxiety, depression and PTSD, I am a Therapist for anxiety UK, and I run a not for profit CIC providing community counselling, and student counsellor placements. I am a supervisor for students in their final year of their qualification ensuring that they have support and training in place to enable them to develop into good ethical counsellors. I am a clinical supervisor providing supervision for counsellors.

I offer an initial session of 30 minuets free of charge to see if we are a good match.
Our sessions will be held weekly for 50 minuets.
Your time in therapy will last as long as you need, and as long as it is helpful to you. We will reassess at 6 weekly intervals.
