About me
Hello and a warm welcome,
I’m so glad you’re here. I’m passionate about supporting people in understanding why they feel the way they do, discovering ways to manage their unique life experiences, and finding more ease and fulfilment in daily life. With your permission, I gently encourage exploration, reflection, and thoughtful challenges — always at a pace that feels right and safe for you.
There’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy. I work in a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming way, offering support to children, teens, and adults. Together, we can choose the approach that suits you best. Whether that’s face-to-face or online counselling, creative therapies, or even walk-and-talk sessions out in nature, side by side.
I know that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, opening up to someone you’ve never met is a big step. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute video or phone chat. It’s a chance for you to share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions, and see if I’m the right fit for you.
I truly believe your counselling journey can be one of the most healing and valuable gifts you give yourself.

I'm an integrative Counsellor which means I am able to use different approaches which are tailored to meet your needs. I have experience working with children young people and adults using a trauma informed and neurodivergent affirming approach.
I have worked as a counsellor in a school environment, within an agency, a charity and in private practice.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and I regularly participate in professional development to enhance my skills and knowledge.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
