About me

Hello, my name is Tracey. I am a counsellor and psychotherapist working primarily from a client-centre perspective, tailoring your therapy to meet your needs, with aspects of my cognitive, behavioural, hypnotherapy or person-centred qualifications. We work together on how we will approach your treatment only incorporating aspects you feel comfortable with. With over 15 years of experience working with children, young people and adults over a range of mediums. Currently also working with a local university/college supporting students of all ages. I have a special interest in working with Neurodivergent (as an Autistic/ADHD person myself) and members of the LGBTQIA+ but work with a wide range of other areas too.

At times life can become challenging or overwhelming. I can offer you a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space, where you can work through the thoughts, feelings or situations that are troubling you. In working together, we will work to identify, work thorough and find you path to personal growth. I work at your pace and for a period of your choosing. Therapy is a journey which sometimes has bumps in the road that we will work through together.

You can be assured that I will offer unconditional support to make sense of your world. Please get in touch if you would like any further information or discuss what I can offer you.

I work with clients and supervisee's throughout the UK.
