Tracey Billham - MBACP (Accred) Reg. Counselling for Couples and Individuals
During this difficult time of uncertainty due to the Corona virus , anxiety may be heightened. If you are experiencing any form of issues that you would like to talk through please feel comfortable to arrange either an online virtual or telephone Counselling session with me.
Please either email, text or call me to book a session.
Thank you - keep safe.
My work includes Couple Counselling and Individual Counselling.
Individual Counselling is an opportunity for you to come and talk to me about any issues or problems that you have in any area of your life. with the safety of confidentiality and non judgemental support.
Couple Counselling is relationship counselling where I offer therapy to you and your partner together. Working in the sessions with your partner helps you to be heard and to be understood. Equally it can give you a better understanding of your partner. Counselling can identify patterns of behavior and show us what is helpful for our relationship and what is not. It helps to gently consider and implement change.
It may be you prefer to come without your partner, or if you are single and have experienced relationship issues that cause you not to be able to find a partner or stay in a relationship then counselling can help.
I can work with couples who are looking to seperate and how to do this amicably for you and the family.
It can help your partner gain a better understanding of what life is like for you, it also can give you an insight into your internal system.
There are lots of reasons why people come to counselling, talking through your problems in a safe and non judgmental environment can help you to make change.
My role is to explore your issues with you and to listen and hear what you are thinking and feeling and to help you find and make positive changes. Often clients have a feeling of being stuck and need help and support with moving forward.
I also work with individual clients who present a very varied and wide range of issues. These can include problems such as bereavement, anxiety, worry, self worth, confidence, feeling alone, which can be overwhelming and block us from seeing a clear direction, future or outcome. Talking together through these issues will enable change and happiness.
Please call or email me to book an appointment.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
