About me

No one wants to feel like they're just getting by in their relationship. You might miss how things used to be between you. Maybe you feel distant, even when you're together. Conversations have become tense, shallow, or purely practical. Arguments circle back to the same unresolved issues. Or you find yourselves avoiding certain topics altogether, keeping the peace even as it costs you closeness. Perhaps you're facing betrayal, sexual difficulties, ongoing conflict, major life changes, or growing differences in values. Whatever you're navigating, we can work together to make sense of it.

I'm a specialised Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist working from a Gestalt perspective, an approach that starts with awareness. In our work, we'll explore what gets in the way of feeling connected or at ease, and begin to shift the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships. I work warmly and directly, willing to challenge, never to judge.

I work with individuals and couples of all backgrounds who want to feel more present in their relationships, understand themselves more deeply, or navigate intimacy with greater confidence. I offer a space where you feel seen and accepted as you are, so that meaningful change can happen.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and a Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of COSRT and BACP.

I have worked in both NHS and private settings, supporting people navigating concerns around sexuality, desire, communication, trust and emotional connection. I also work with the ongoing impact of trauma and earlier experiences that continue to shape how people relate to themselves and others.

I work from a Gestalt perspective, informed by Person Centred and attachment-based thinking. I support clients in becoming more aware of how they respond, relate, and make meaning of their experiences, creating the possibility for greater choice and change.
