About me

No one wants to feel like they’re just getting by in their relationship. You might miss how things used to be between you. Maybe you feel distant, even when you're together. Conversations may have become tense, shallow, or purely practical. Arguments might circle back to the same unresolved issues. Or perhaps you’re facing betrayal, sexual difficulties, ongoing conflict, major life changes, or growing differences in values. Whatever you're navigating, we can work together to make sense of it.

I'm a specialised Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist working from a Gestalt perspective, an approach that starts with awareness. In our work together, we’ll explore what gets in the way of feeling connected or at ease, and begin to shift the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships. My style is warm, direct, non-judgemental and challenging.

I work with individuals and couples of all backgrounds who want to feel more present in their relationships, understand themselves more deeply, or navigate intimacy with greater confidence. I aim to offer a space where you feel seen and accepted as you are.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy from Middlesex University and a Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of COSRT and BACP.

I have worked in both NHS and private settings, supporting people navigating concerns around sexuality, desire, communication, trust and emotional connection. I also work with the ongoing impact of trauma and earlier experiences that continue to shape how people relate to themselves and others.

I work from a Gestalt perspective that is informed by Person Centred and Attachment based thinking. I support clients in becoming more aware of how they respond, relate and make meaning of their experiences, creating the possibility for greater choice and change.
