Tony Boorman (Dipl. Psych., MA., Phd.)
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, providing short or longer term counselling and psychotherapy to clients. I have a wide range of experience in helping people to grow emotionally and work through challenging situations.
For some people as few as 6-12 counselling sessions will be sufficient whereas for others, longer open-ended work is more appropriate.
Open and approachable, I can provide you with a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to openly and freely talk through and explore your thoughts and feelings. I will help you reflect on what it is you want to change in your life and support you in moving your life forward.

Areas of counselling I deal with
I am flexible and happy to offer an initial one hour session for the reduced fee of £45. This will provide us with the time to find out more about you (including taking some basic information) and answer any questions you may have. I then hand the session over to you, giving you the space to tell me something about the difficulties you might be experiencing and what you are hoping to achieve in counselling.
Appointment times are flexible and we can work together to find a time that will suit your requirements. They will usually take place at the same time each week (evening appointments are possible), but some flexibility can be offered depending on availability. Thereafter, on-going individual fifty minute sessions.
I work in two locations and my fees reflect this.
- The Surrey/Hants fee is £45 - £55 per session
- The London based fee is £65 - £70 session
Payment is due at the time of each appointment by cheque or cash. With regards to cancellation, 48 hours' notice is required to avoid full payment.
