About me

I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist, trained in a mix of approaches, allowing me to tailor our work to you, offering a warm, thoughtful space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted as you are. I currently offer sessions online and in person.

Life can be messy, complicated, and sometimes overwhelming, and therapy should meet that reality. At the heart of my work is a strong belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I see therapy as more than technique, it is a collaborative, trusting partnership where real understanding and change can happen.

I support people that are experiencing anxiety, the impact of past trauma, and other life challenges. Whatever brings you to therapy, our work will be shaped around you as an individual.

I have experience in supporting individuals through bereavement and complex life experiences. Loss is rarely simple. It can bring sadness, anger, guilt, anxiety, numbness, sometimes all at once. You might feel pressure to "cope" or move on, while inside things still feel raw or confusing.

Grief can touch every part of your life. It may follow the death of a family member adult or child, the loss of someone to suicide, the end of a relationship, a family pet or a major life transition.

Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone. I believe that when people feel truly heard and supported, new understanding and possibilities can begin to emerge. When you feel ready, you are welcome to book a session with me through my website
