About me
Hi, I’m Thomas—a couples therapist with a passion for helping people reconnect, repair, and rebuild relationships that last. I specialise in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), one of the most effective, evidence-based approaches for couples in distress.
With extensive training in EFT and other powerful therapeutic methods, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and results-driven approach to my work. I’ve helped countless couples move from stuck and disconnected to secure, supported, and in love again.
Why work with me?
- I’ve been featured in top publications like Newsweek, Bustle, AskMen, and HuffPost for my insights on relationships.
- My clients consistently rate me 5 stars on Google.
- I don’t offer quick fixes—I help you make real, lasting change.
In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotional patterns, heal past hurts, and build the closeness you’re both craving. Whether you're struggling with communication, conflict, or emotional distance, you're not alone, and you're not beyond repair.
Let’s work together to get your relationship back on track, and stronger than ever.
