About me
"I need constant reassurance from my partner", "I see the same patterns in all my relationships", "I feel like its my responsibility to make sure they are fine" – does this sound like you?
How I can help you
I believe therapy is a space for you to explore what you’re feeling and understand yourself more deeply. This might look like understanding why relationship dynamics feel so difficult, or peeling away from old patterns that have come to shape the way you see yourself and move through life.
I completed my MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy training in Person-Centred therapy. In simple terms, my role as a counsellor isn’t to direct you, but to be a non-judgemental person who sits alongside you as we unravel some of these difficulties together.
Alongside my professional training, my own experience as a client has also influenced the way I work. It has given me a lived understanding of how fundamental our childhood experiences are in shaping who we become, and how we often carry patterns we’re not fully aware of – whether that’s in the partners we choose or the beliefs we hold about ourselves.
I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe enough to be honest about your emotions and experiences. Building that trust takes time, and it’s something we’ll work towards together!
How to get in touch
It matters that we both feel comfortable with each other - and I feel it does sometimes really come down to a gut feeling! I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can see whether we feel like a good fit before our first session. Send me an email or give me a call to get in touch! :)

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
