About me
You don’t have to carry everything on your own, counselling can be a space where you finally feel heard, supported, and understood. It can help you move forward in life with clarity. Counselling can support you to navigate the stresses and strains of life, whilst learning about yourself along the way. You don't have to be in crisis to seek support, sometimes we just need some extra support to navigate the struggles of day to day life. Having experienced counselling myself, I understand how powerful it can be to have a safe space to talk, reflect, and feel genuinely supported.
I offer a warm, welcoming space for you to bring what you want to sessions, no judgements, just support and a place for you to feel heard. I tailor sessions to fit you and your needs as there is no “one size fits all”. I want you to get what you need from our sessions. Our work together is collaborative and our relationship underpins the work we do together. I am committed to supporting you as you work towards the changes you want to make. My previous experience working in childcare and caring for the elderly has helped shape the compassion, patience, and understanding I bring to my counselling work.
I have experience in and work with many issues including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, Confidence, Relationship Issues, Stress, Life Transitions, Loss and Bereavement.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
