About me
Sometimes, it’s hard to identify exactly what’s wrong, yet the weight of it is undeniable. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, life challenges, or navigating through trauma, transitions, grief, or loss, it’s okay to seek support. You may also be facing struggles in relationships, managing health concerns, or adjusting to life with a diagnosis.
I’m here to offer that support. Together, at a pace that feels comfortable for you, we’ll explore your experiences, untangle and make sense of your emotions, and gently examine patterns or behaviours that may no longer work for you. This collaborative journey is about understanding, healing, and finding paths toward greater well-being. My aim is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to heal, grow, and move toward the life you envision for yourself.
With over a decade of experience in therapeutic practice, I am deeply committed to helping people find balance, self-awareness, and fulfilment in their lives. I bring warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental presence to every session, understanding how challenging it can be to share your most personal thoughts and feelings. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life. I will help to guide and support you in uncovering the insights and strengths already within you. I will compassionately listen to your unique experiences and perspectives, and together, we can work to identify and resolve what you are bringing to therapy, enabling you to grow, find new meanings, and restore balance in your life.
Therapy provides the opportunity to heal, grow, reset and create a more fulfilling path forward.
I bring a broad and holistic perspective to our work together. Alongside therapy, I also offer reflective practice, training, and workshops. I am deeply passionate about my work and dedicated to continuous professional development (CPD) to continually enhance my practice.
My particular areas of interest include understanding how early attachments and experiences shape our relationships and overall sense of self, as well as exploring the profound ways trauma can impact the body.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
