About me
You might feel stuck, low, or anxious. You might find yourself in the same painful patterns again and again — in your closest relationships, at work, or in how you feel about yourself. Sometimes the difficulty is hard to name, which can make it feel even more isolating.
I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and the quieter struggles that don't always have easy labels. Rather than giving advice or setting tasks, I try to understand you as a whole person — your history, your relationships, and the ways, often unconscious, that we can get in our own way.
Our first consultation is unhurried, with plenty of space to explore what's brought you here and what you need. From there we find a pace that suits you — weekly sessions, short or long term, in person or online.
If any of this resonates, I'd warmly welcome you to get in touch.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapy member of the Severnside Institute for Psychotherapy. I am also a member of the Ukrainian Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
I started my training in Ukraine and completed it after my move to the UK.
I have had 8 years experience of working in counselling and psychotherapy with a wide variety of adult patients suffering in many different ways.
As well as English speaking I work with Ukrainian and Russian speaking people.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) is a professional association, representing the profession of psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
The organisation is itself made up of fourteen member organisations and BPC accredits the trainings of its member organisations. An individual who qualifies from one of these trainings is then eligible for entry into the BPC's register.
BPC registrants are governed by a code of ethics, a policy of continuing professional development, a statement on confidentiality and a complaints procedure. The BPC is a Member Society of the European Federation for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in the Public Sector (EFPP). Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
