About me

I have supported and worked with clients through a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, loss, low self-esteem/confidence/self-doubt, bereavement, domestic abuse, imposter syndrome, work related worries and family and relationship issues.

My commitment to you is to offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to work at your own pace through your personal issues and worries. I offer a space in which you can express, explore, and reflect on the difficulties you are experiencing, with the aim of growing in your self-awareness and personal development to become the person you want to be.

As a supportive and experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor , I will provide you with a quality and individually tailored counselling service. I believe that the experience of sharing difficult feelings; of being heard and not judged can be freeing and empowering .We all have times in our lives when we find it hard to cope and counselling can help you understand why you think, feel and act the way you do. It can help you develop positive strategies to get what you desire and need from your life.

I work with an integrative approach, combining person centred counselling with other approaches that encourages you to explore thoughts, feelings and emotions in a confidential environment.

Your problems are real and will significantly affect how you feel, behave and interact with other people. Counselling can help to unlock new ways of doing things and support you, as you find your own solutions to your problems. The benefit of this type of counselling is that clients are helped to become more self-aware and have more control to creating positive changes.
