About me

Hello and Welcome. My name is Sue, a qualified person-centered therapist dedicated to supporting you through life's challenges in a compassionate and non-judgemental space.

Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, relationships or self-doubt, or navigating a difficult period, I am here to listen, understand, and work with you in a way that respects your unique experiences.

My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the ability to grow, heal and find their own path forward. I understand how difficult it can be to choose a counsellor, it is my belief that the therapeutic relationship is vital to the success of your therapy, through our work together I will offer empathy and genuine understanding. The therapy space we create together will be a place where you can feel safe and express yourself openly, without fear of judgement, and at your own pace.

In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative approach, where you are in control of your journey. I will listen attentively to your thoughts and feelings, and together we will explore aspects of your life that matter most to you.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Professional Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling
  • Counselling Skills Certificate
  • BA (Hons) International Business and Human Resource Management

I am a registered member of COSCA. I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, helping build resilience, improve self-awareness, and find solutions that work for them. I can help with any aspect of Personal growth or development that you may wish to look at.

I have had particular experience with clients that have encountered gender based violence through my work with Women’s Aid. Trauma of any kind is individual and I will aim to meet you wherever you need me within that process for you.
