About me

I specialise in CBT/REBT to help with many types of emotional disturbance. I have worked extensively with clients who experience professional "burn out", those who have relationship problems, anxiety and depression. I offer support in coming to terms with loss of any kind (human, animal, career etc).

I can use hypnotherapy as an integration to your REBT/CBT experience with me, to help reinforce your new ways of thinking and behaving. Working in Eltham SE9 and a central London location, I can offer early morning, evening and weekend appointments.

To get started, please use any of the contact details on my profile here. I will call you to discuss your needs and to arrange our first session. At the first session we will agree on how to follow up (usually weekly or fortnightly sessions, depending on your preference). I take payment for the first session during the initial call and at the beginning of each subsequent session (cash or card payment only).

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with the College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies in London, completing each of their 4 diplomas in CBT/REBT and Integrative Therapies.

I am a trained and practicing Cruse bereavement support volunteer and an approved Mental Health First Aid (England) instructor.
