Susan Griffiths BA (Hons) Counselling (MBACP)
Hi my name is Suzi, I'm an integrative counsellor which means I use different modalities of therapy depending on what's happening with you. My main model of therapy is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and I offer therapy for many different issues, Trauma, Working with children, young people and adults, who are experiencing, generalised anxiety disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, Family issues, depression, grief, relationships, communication, confidence, Attachment, Loneliness, Trauma and Phobia, Bereavement, or whether you are just feeling lost and sad. It can be a big step for you to take to have therapy and I believe it is important when looking for a counsellor that we "fit", therefore I like to offer potential clients a phone call to have a quick chat to talk about their issues and get a feel for whether I would be right for you and also to make the step into therapy easier for you.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
