Times are especially difficult at the moment and it can be hard to know where to turn. If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression or generally feeling a bit sad or lost, talking can really help. For a no obligation chat call 07385 918969
I create a calm safe environment where you can talk completely confidentially and without pressure, about any issues that may be bothering you or holding you back.
Together we will explore your issues and find a way forward which is right for you.
In addition to running my therapy practice, I volunteer as a counsellor for a National Bereavement Charity. In this role I help people with the complex issues surrounding grief.
It is important that you find the right counsellor or therapist, so if you think I may be able to help please get in touch, so we can arrange an initial consultation.
Please note that due to the pandemic I am presently only working over the phone or via video call (Zoom).
