Susan Dudeney - Ad Dip PC. MNCS (Accred)
Are you struggling with stress, anxiety, depression or grief? Or perhaps feeling a bit sad or lost and finding it difficult to cope?
Are you stuck in the same old patterns of thought and behaviour and don't know how to get unstuck?
If so, talking to someone can really help you get back on track.
As a counsellor and psychotherapist, I work with adults of all ages, with a range of issues including stress, anxiety, bereavement and loss, depression, family issues and relationship problems.
I offer short and long term counselling, with the flexibility of daytime or some evening and weekend appointments (Saturday until 2 pm).
I work using the Person Centred Approach, but can draw on other skills such as CBT and psychoanalysis, taking the approach that is most beneficial to the client at that time.
Creating a positive and accepting environment allows a new perspective and enables client's to see themselves in a more balanced way. This in turn allows you to create positive change in your life, to help find resolutions to the challenges you face.
Allowing you to become the best version of yourself in your life, at work and with friends and loved ones.
Why wait any longer?
To get started please get in touch.
Due to the current pandemic situation (I am fully vaccinated) I am offering only limited face to face appointment, but am also working remotely, so I can offer sessions via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or phone.
