About me

I am an integrative counsellor and I predominately work in a person centred way but also use psychodynamic and CBT techniques when required.

I am always led by the client and work collaboratively with them to find the best way to move forward.

I am passionate about talking therapies having experienced some struggles in my life and finding counselling so beneficial. I have also seen clients who have discovered how powerful it is to have a safe, confidential and supportive space to talk honestly and openly.

I will always be empathetic, caring and non judgemental and make sure that I am always authentic and honest.

Training, qualifications & experience

My qualification is a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice.

I have 18 months of experience of counselling within a doctor's surgery and volunteering for Cruse Bereavement Service.
