About me
I am a warm, down-to-earth therapist providing a safe and confidential space to talk through whatever’s on your mind. You may be feeling anxious, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, facing grief or loss, or simply feeling like something isn’t right. Whatever brings you here, I’m here to listen without judgment and help you make sense of your experiences. I work collaboratively and at your pace to help you move towards clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
My background is in integrative counselling, which means I tailor the therapy to suit your needs, drawing from various approaches including:
- Person-Centred Therapy - creating a space where you feel accepted and truly heard
- Psychodynamic Therapy - understanding how past experiences impact your present
- Mindfulness & Compassion-Focused Therapy - building self-awareness and emotional resilience
You don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we can work on what matters most to you.
