About me
I am a trauma therapist specialising in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) for the treatment of PTSD and Complex PTSD (CPTSD). My practice draws on a broad range of evidence-based and integrative approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
This integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to each client's individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, with particular expertise in panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and stress. I also support clients through relationship difficulties and conflict, life transitions, and existential concerns around meaning, identity, and purpose.
My aim is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you feel genuinely heard. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you understand the roots of your difficulties, develop practical coping strategies, and move towards lasting change and a greater sense of wellbeing.

I am a certified EMDR therapist with six years of clinical experience supporting clients with acute and complex trauma across the UK, Singapore, and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Further information
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I believe healing happens within a safe, trusting relationship, and I work at a pace that feels right for you, without judgement.
What makes my practice distinctive is the way I bring together clinical psychology and contemplative philosophical inquiry. Alongside evidence-based trauma interventions, my doctoral research and philosophical training inform a deeper understanding of how trauma shapes identity, meaning, and our sense of self. For clients who are drawn to it, this allows space to explore not only symptoms but also questions of meaning, purpose, and inner experience.
Having worked across the UK, Singapore, and the wider Asia-Pacific region, I have supported clients from many different cultural and personal backgrounds. I offer sessions online, making therapy accessible wherever you are.
I welcome an initial conversation to explore whether we are a good fit. Reaching out can feel daunting, and I aim to make that first step as comfortable as possible
