About me

I specialise in working with depression, anxiety and sleep disorders including insomnia, early morning waking, nightmares, and difficulties staying asleep, and am also able to work with a range of other problems.

As well as being fully trained in a range of proven talking therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), I am also one of the few UK based therapists to be trained in a specialist form of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and have worked with people all over the world to help them sleep better.

My approach to therapy is about using tools that have been proven to work in both clinical practice and through evidence-based research. As an always growing psychologist, I have also attended advanced training and workshops in working with problems such as trauma, addictions, OCD, health anxiety and a range of other problems.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, the British Psychological Society and the British Sleep Society.
