About me
I am a senior clinical nurse specialist in psychological medicine and a psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Analytic Therapy and EMDR. I can provide ADHD assessments, and I am training as a nurse prescriber (May 2024). I was assessed as having ADHD in the summer of 2023, which has led me to complete training in the area of neurodiversity.I now work with a clinical nurse specialist in ADHD who prescribes the appropriate medication for my patients. I have thirty-five years of experience as a clinician, and I am happy to treat most mental health issues. My Ph.D. studies are in the field of compassion. I am also a member of Harley Therapy and appear on their platform. In 2014 I received an award and Kensington Palace from the Depression Alliance for my work with depression and anxiety. 2017, I became a Florence Nightingale scholar after visiting a psychotherapy unit in Melbourne, Australia. I was awarded a travel scholarship to compare different psychotherapy services and to see how we could improve access to psychotherapy within the UK. I am passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health as I know from my own experience what it feels like to be depressed and anxious. Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse and I have a Postgraduate Diploma training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy from Sheffield Hallam University. I'm currently working towards a Ph.D. in the field of compassion and nursing I have extensive experience in the NHS and I now work in private practice in Richmond. I have worked for the MOD treating soldiers with PTSD. My last NHS post was at the Tavistock and Portman NHS trust as a Psychotherapist within primary care. I have recently completed training in ADHD assessments and I’m currently studying to become an independent nurse prescriber at the University of West London. I am also an honorary lecturer in mental health nursing.

£90.00 per session
Additional information
£90 per session and £90 for couples. I can also provide a QB assessment check for ADHD at £170. A full ADHD assessment is £595. I am working with an independent non-medical prescriber who will provide medication titration if required.
When I work
I work from 10 am until 9 pm most days.
