About me
Hello and Welcome! Im Stephanie, a Person-Centred Psychotherapist, based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
I work with individuals and couples who are looking to take control of their mental health, happiness and relationships. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and presence and I believe in the healing power of being heard - that meaningful change happens not through 'fixing' but through understanding, acceptance and authentic connection.
Maybe you have been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or disconnected? Our lives, thoughts and emotional landscape can often be overwhelming and confusing. Therapy can help to centre your thoughts, process your experiences and develop a better understanding of yourself and your emotional landscape.
If you feel ready to start working through what is holding you back, then please reach out. I work with adults (18+) of all backgrounds and identities and offer both short and long term therapy, depending on your needs.
I currently offer face to face sessions at The Practice Rooms, Broomhill and online sessions.
More information regarding Couples Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation can be found on my website. (www.stephaniewrightpsychotherapy@gmail.com)
Looking forward to working along side you.

Therapies offered
Fees
£55.00 per session
Additional information
Individual Session £55 (50 - 60 minutes)
(Intro Call, Online via Google Meet, 15-30 minutes, Complimentary)
Couples Session £110 (90 minutes)
Introductory sessions give us an opportunity to get to know each other a little before starting to potentially work together. You can use this time to ask any questions you may have and hopefully this can make the move to therapy sessions a little easier, especially if you are unsure of what to expect. It's important to feel comfortable with your therapist, our relationship is one of the most important aspects of our therapy sessions. There's no pressure, if it doesn't feel 'right', there's no explanation necessary.
