About me
I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, and my goal as a counsellor is to offer a space where you can breathe, reflect, and feel truly heard. With compassion at the heart of my work, I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or facing a difficult transition, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s holding you back, tap into your inner resilience, and work toward healing and meaningful change. I believe in walking alongside you with care and understanding, helping you reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
In the midst of life’s demands, it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters to you. I’m here to support you through meaningful conversations that help you reconnect with yourself and what you value most.
When the pressure to keep everything together becomes too much, whether it’s in your career, relationships, or personal well-being, it can lead to feelings of stress, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion. If you’ve been feeling more irritable, having difficulty sleeping or focusing, or noticing a lack of joy in the things you once loved, this may be a gentle sign that you need space to reflect and heal.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s weighing you down, find clarity, and begin restoring a sense of balance and peace in your life.
I take a compassionate, tailored approach to counselling, combining various therapeutic models to meet you where you are. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is simply to walk beside you, supporting you every step of the way. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
