About me
Who I work with.
I work with children, young people, adults and couples. I also offer parent/child work and parenting sessions/ consultations.
Difficulties I work with.
I offer psychological therapy for a range of difficulties including low mood, anxiety, emotion dysregulation and relationship difficulties. I am particularly interested in and have specialised in working with people who have had experiences of trauma in childhood as well as working with neurodiversity such as ADHD and ASD.
How I work.
I would describe myself as an integrative psychologist and draw from a range of therapeutic models, however first and foremost I believe I am a person first and psychologist second. The relationship we build is key and so ensuring you feel comfortable in the therapy space is one of the most important things.
Practical information.
I work online currently however from June 2025 will have limited in person face to face sessions.
Please note I am not an emergency service and not able to respond to urgent queries. Please contact your GP or attend A&E if you need immediate support.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
