About me
I offer a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, gain deeper insight, and uncover new perspectives that support your personal growth and wellbeing.
To support your unique journey of healing and self-discovery, I provide a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. Together, we will explore the areas of your life that feel challenging or unclear, and work towards the changes you wish to see and experience.
As a therapist, I recognise that every individual has distinctive needs. I draw on a person-centred, humanistic approach, combined with a holistic outlook, to ensure your experience is tailored specifically to you.
As an Integrative practitioner, I incorporate a range of therapeutic skills and techniques into our sessions. Depending on your goals and preferences, this may include elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), creative therapies, or systemic approaches. My intention is to create a supportive and flexible space that encourages healing, self-awareness, and growth.
In addition to working with adults, I also specialise in supporting children and young people, offering an age-appropriate, creative, and compassionate environment where they can feel heard, understood, and supported.
"Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain." Vivian Greene
How I Work
I offer sessions on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time, whichever best suits your needs. However, I will always encourage a planned ending, because I believe how we end our work together is just as important as how we begin. Ending therapy is a safe, collaborative space to review your progress, celebrate your achievements, and process the experience of saying goodbye in a healthy, supportive way.
Therapy can be a deeply meaningful process, helping you to navigate self-discovery, build resilience, and embrace your authentic self. You may wish to explore specific challenges, your relationships, family connections, or simply gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Whatever brings you to therapy, I will walk alongside you with empathy, openness, and care.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like to discuss how we might work together. Taking this step can be the beginning of a powerful journey toward greater self-awareness, understanding, and change.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
