About me
I am a Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist offering specialist therapeutic support to children, young people, and families. My approach is thoughtful, steady, and compassionate, helping clients feel safe, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change. I aim to create a reflective and collaborative space where each person’s capacity for healing, learning, and growth can emerge.
Alongside my private practice, I work in the NHS within a perinatal service, supporting parents and families during the crucial early stages of their child’s life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, completing the Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy doctoral training. I bring over a decade of experience working with children and young people across health, social care, and youth justice settings, including five years in CAMHS.
My clinical work has included therapy with looked-after children, refugees and asylum seekers, young people who offend, and those experiencing challenges such as self-harm, depression, dissociation, gender dysphoria, and suicidal thinking.
In addition to my clinical practice, I am an Associate Lecturer at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic.

Further information
I am dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for every child, young person, and family I work with. I take a holistic, and soulful interest in the whole family system, with a particular focus on supporting parents when a child or adolescent is struggling with their mental health.
My practice is grounded in a deep respect for the journey of each person within a family system. I hold strong values in connecting each person to their own inherent ability to grow and heal.
