About me

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward? What’s your story, and what’s holding you back? My practice focuses on helping you go beyond the surface to uncover the root causes of distress. Using mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic techniques, I’ll support you in building self-awareness and practical tools for lasting well-being. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, past trauma, or self-doubt, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space—both online and in-person—where you can begin your journey toward healing and growth. Let’s work together to create the change you’re looking for.I understand that healing takes time, and I am here to walk with you at your own pace.

With a background in counselling, education, and research, I bring a compassionate, grounded approach to our work. I draw from mindfulness practices, somatic techniques, and person-centered therapy to help you move through challenges with resilience and self-compassion.

Our sessions are about more than just symptom relief; they’re about uncovering the root causes of what’s affecting you. I believe that lasting change begins with self-awareness and is nurtured by self-compassion. We’ll work together to build tools and strategies that empower you—not just to cope, but to thrive.

Whether you’re looking to find peace with past experiences, improve your relationships, or build a stronger sense of self, I am here to support you every step of the way. This journey is yours, and my role is to provide a compassionate, culturally sensitive space where you can feel safe, valued, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward creating the life you envision, with the skills to sustain it.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here when you’re ready.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
