About me

Emotions are like waves at times powerful and overwhelming, at other times gentle and quiet. Healing from trauma, anxiety, or self-doubt isn’t easy, but it is possible. I work with childhood wounds, specialising in inner child work to explore where it all began. In a compassionate, non-judgmental space, I’ll support you with processing your trauma, self-compassion, and somatic techniques to help you move toward lasting change.

I’ve been there, and I know how heavy life’s challenges can feel. I offer warm, culturally sensitive support to help you heal and grow at your own pace. As a qualified counsellor, I focus on helping you manage anxiety, work through trauma, and nurture self-compassion all within a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to face it alone.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in feeling this way. Sometimes it’s hard to see a path forward when we’re carrying the weight of stress, trauma, or self-doubt. I understand the courage it takes to reach out.
