I have several years of experience in treating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, overwhelm, low self-esteem, loss, bereavement, adjustment to diagnosis, and health problems.
In your first session, I will explain to you what therapy is and what treatments I offer and, together, we can decide what might be the best treatment for you.
I have clinical training in a variety of psychological treatments such as:
- cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
- compassion focused therapy (CFT)
- acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
- mindfulness interventions
I know how important it is to have someone to talk to about your experiences. Together, we can try to make sense of what has happened to you and explore coping skills to help you move forward.
Start a new chapter in your life.
