About me

Hello, I am a Clinical Psychologist offering specialist online therapy for people with cancer, relatives, or professionals working in cancer.

Have you been diagnosed with cancer? Would you like to talk about your experiences with a cancer psychology specialist? Interested in trying therapy to learn how to cope with cancer? Or are you a relative/friend of someone with cancer or a health professional working in cancer? Dealing with cancer can be very challenging and many people find it difficult to cope with the uncertainty around cancer. You might notice changes in yourself and feel low in mood or constantly worried; feel overwhelmed/panic just before your health checks; finding it difficult to sleep; stressed about returning to work or considering a career change.

It can sometimes be difficult to share your feelings with those closest to you and this is where I can help. As a clinical psychologist with several years of experience and specialist knowledge in cancer, I know how important it is to have someone to talk to about your experiences. Your next step to improve your emotional wellbeing is to try talking therapy.

When you feel ready to talk about your feelings I am here for you and, together, we can try to make sense of what has happened to you. I use scientific knowledge and tools in my work and I can help you gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts and feelings. At your own pace, we can explore several coping skills and strategies to help you move forward.
