A warm welcome to my profile.
I have over 16 years experience of working with adults and adolescents from all walks of life in various settings such as local secondary schools and the NHS .
I work with individuals and couples.
I use my expertise and experience to support you in whatever you are struggling with including any difficult feelings, memories and relationships .
We will meet for an hour each week
We can work short term or long term this is something we can discuss in your assessment session .
During the assessment you can share what it is that has brought you to see me and what it is you are hoping to get from coming.
During this time you can also get a feel for how I work too
This first session is at a reduced rate of £40 for 45-60minutes and sessions thereafter will be £50
There is no obligation to come back after the first session in some cases a one off session may be enough.
